📦 Shipping & Delivery

1. Where do you ship? Currently, we ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping to our global crafting community in the future!

2. How much is shipping? We try to keep shipping costs as low as possible:

  • Orders over $199: FREE Standard Shipping.

  • Standard Shipping: $7.99 (7-12 business days).

  • Express Shipping: $15.99 (4-8 business days).

3. When will my order arrive? We process and pack orders within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, Standard Shipping typically takes 7-12 business days, while Express Shipping takes 4-8 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

4. Do you use eco-friendly packaging? Yes! We are committed to reducing waste. Your yarn and kits will arrive in plastic-free, recyclable cardboard boxes or mailers whenever possible.


🧶 Products & Yarn Care

1. Do your product photos accurately represent the color? We take great care to photograph our yarn and kits in natural light to depict colors as accurately as possible. However, please be aware that colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings or screen resolution.

2. Will my skeins be from the same dye lot? Yes. If you purchase multiple skeins of the same colorway in a single order, we will ensure they are from the same dye lot.

  • Tip: We highly recommend buying enough yarn for your entire project at once. Yarn is dyed in batches, and colors can vary slightly between different lots.

3. I ran out of yarn for my project! Can I get the same dye lot? Please email us at [email protected] with the color name and the specific dye lot number (found on the ball band). We will check our inventory for you, but we cannot guarantee that the specific lot will still be in stock.

4. What is included in your Kits? Our Knitting and Embroidery Kits are designed to be “all-in-one.” Typically, they include the pattern, the required amount of yarn/thread, and the necessary tools (needles/hoops). Please check the specific “What’s in the Box” section on each product page for exact details.


↩️ Returns & Exchanges

1. What is your return policy? We offer a 15-day return window starting from the date your order was delivered. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging.

2. Can I return yarn that I have wound into a ball? No. We can only accept returns on yarn that is in its original skein or hank form with the label intact. Once yarn has been wound into a cake or ball, it is considered “used” and cannot be returned.

3. Can I return a Kit? Kits can only be returned if they are unopened and sealed. Because kits contain copyrighted patterns, we cannot accept returns once the seal is broken.

4. How do I start a return? Please email us at [email protected] with your Order Number. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your package. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


💳 Orders & Payments

1. Can I cancel or change my order? We process orders very quickly! If you need to make a change or cancel, please email us within 12 hours of placing your order with the subject line “CANCEL ORDER”. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it.

2. What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover) as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

3. My package says “Delivered” but I can’t find it. Oh no! First, please check with your neighbors or your building manager. Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered a few hours before they actually drop them off. If you still can’t find it after 24 hours, please contact the carrier directly or email us for assistance.
