Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We are working on bringing Soheho to the rest of the world soon!

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Thank you for your patience.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $199.
For orders under $199, shipping charges will be calculated as follows:

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Soheho is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery shipping cost.
7. Damages & Lost Packages
Soheho is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
