1. The 15-Day Return Window
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item (based on the “Delivered” date from the carrier) to request a return.
If 15 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

Unused and Unworn: Items must show no signs of use.

Original Packaging: Must be in the original packaging with all labels/tags attached.

Proof of Purchase: You will need the receipt or order number.
Specific Conditions for Crafting Supplies: Due to the specific nature of our products, please note the following strict requirements:

Yarn: Must be in its original skein or ball state with the label (ball band) intact. We cannot accept returns on yarn that has been wound into cakes or balls, as it is considered “used” and cannot be resold.

Kits (Knitting/Embroidery): Must be unopened and sealed. Once a kit is opened, we cannot verify that the pattern, charts, and materials are intact, so it cannot be returned.

Needles & Notions: Must be in their original, unopened packaging.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:

Digital Products: PDF Patterns and digital guides are non-refundable.

Gift Cards.

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are final sale.
4. How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the item was damaged or incorrect). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) if:

The item is defective.

The item is damaged.

You received the wrong item.

6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email to let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved: You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
7. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
