At Soheho, we work hard to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible (usually within 1-3 business days). Because of this fast turnaround time, the window for cancelling an order is very short.
1. How to Request a Cancellation
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately.

Deadline: We strongly recommend contacting us within 12 hours of placing your order.
2. Successful Cancellations
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

You will receive an email confirming the cancellation.

The refund typically appears on your bank statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
3. Unsuccessful Cancellations (Order Already Shipped)
If you have already received a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number, or if our warehouse has already processed the package, we can no longer cancel the order.
In this case, you will need to wait for the package to arrive and then proceed with a return:

Please note: If the order was already shipped, the original shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. Non-Cancellable Items
The following items cannot be cancelled once the order is placed or processed:

Digital Downloads: PDF Patterns are delivered instantly and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Custom Services: If you requested any custom services (such as yarn winding) and the work has already begun, the order cannot be cancelled.
